He has provided strategic and analytical services in diverse sectors including banking & financial services, environmental economics, and logistics operations management in the United States and Armenia.

Artur holds MBA and Master’s degrees in Finance and Investment Management from Florida Atlantic University, Creighton University, and the American University of Armenia. He has successfully passed CFA Level 2 and is fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian.
