Restructuring the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia

Our Managing Partner of Legal, Mesrop Manukyan has been engaged by the Asian Development Bank to advise on the restructuring of the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia.

At present the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia is part of the Government apparatus. The assignment aims at finding legal solutions in order to transform the Committee into a self-sustainable institutions that can potentially operate in an autonomous manner.

The assignment is due to be completed by September, 2020. The main expected outputs will be changes to the Law on Aviation of Republic of Armenia and other legal acts along with potential legal segregation of the Civil Aviation Committee from the Government.
