Hayk has more than 5 years of extensive experience in economic research, mathematical modelling and financial analysis. Prior to joining MB, he held a position of the Head of Research at Armenbrok Investment Company.

He has been engaged in two international economic study projects with Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (Erasmus University Rotterdam) and Institute for Economic Education (University of Oldenburg), representing Yerevan State University.

Since 2018 he has been teaching Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Analysis of Financial and Economic Systems at Yerevan State University. Hayk holds degrees in Economics from Yerevan State University (PhD, Master and Bachelor) and Friedrich Schiller University Jena (Master) and has 12 published papers.

Hayk is a certified Investment Advisor from Union of Banks of Armenia.

He is fluent in Armenian, Russian and English.
